			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This will probably be the last release for a few weeks.  Wrath is here in 3 days and I have 2 70s which will be requiring my attention <img src='http://www.leulier.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>And as you can see from the todo list, there&#8217;s a ton to do.  So, I won&#8217;t be releasing the next version until I&#8217;ve taken care of most of the L80 additions and fixed anything you guys find wrong with this version.</p>
<p>Fixed:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fixed more TNS issues where TNS was referring to the Models page instead of the models on their own page.</li>
<li>Added Flametongue to buffs.  It&#8217;s with Totem of Wrath.</li>
<li>Removed talent templates which were no longer accurate.  If anyone has suggestions for talent templates, please post a link to a talent calc and I&#8217;ll consider including it.</li>
<li>Added Master Conjuror to talents.</li>
<li>Removed dot_gap from haunt duration.</li>
<li>Updated spell damage values for those of L80</li>
<li>Updated hit / crit / haste ratings required at 80 for 1%</li>
<li>Updated some Buffs @ 80.  Still have more to do once I get more data on these.</li>
<li>Removed Oils from Buffs</li>
<li>Readded SB -&gt; Drain Soul</li>
</ul>

It&#8217;s kind of sloppy seeing as how there&#8217;s no good way to determine it&#8217;s cast time and mana consumption so I simply use those of SB. I figure they&#8217;re a worst case scenario for Drain Soul cast time and mana consumption.</li>

<p>Redid all TNS models so they&#8217;re more c/p friendly for me to keep updated</p>
<p>CSD was set to 1.09.  Changed it to 0.03 and made it additive with Ruin as opposed to multiplicative.</p>
<p>Fixed errors in equations involving T6 4pc bonus.</p>
<p>Fixed errors around immolate, incinerate, conflag, and chaosbolt spells.</p>
<p>Fixed issue with TNS for gear with procs.</p>

<p>Not fixing requests to fix item stats or add new items.  Wrath will be here in less than a month at which point all these items will be pointless.  I&#8217;m more concerned with making sure the calculations on the sheet are correct than making sure every possible piece of gear is accurate and included.</p>
<p>A note on items and how much dps they contribute.  Currently how items are valued is by using the TNS values.  The spreadsheet calculates your current stats on the DPS sheet and then uses those stats+1 on the respective TNS and then performs a diff on the respective dps.  This tells us how much an additional point of a given stat would contribute to dps.  We then use those stats to determine an items dps value.  This is not a great way to determine how much value a helm will add as chances are you&#8217;re already wearing a helm in the spreadsheet and thus the values arent going to be entirely accurate.  I&#8217;m hoping I can think of a better way to calculate TNS over the next few weeks, but who knows.  So what all this really boils down to&#8230; if you&#8217;re hit capped, the values for better items may be difficult to determine as TNS will ignore the value of hit once you&#8217;re hit capped.  Something to remember is that no item provides a static dps value.  How much an item improves your dps is variable on all your other stats.  Our stats are a big balancing act, so good luck trying with it <img src='http://www.leulier.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello all.  As some of you may know from reading the EJ post, I(Bakka of Kalecgos) have taken over the spreadsheet while Leulier has given the addiction we all know as WoW. :)   So without any further delay here&#8217;s version 3.0 of the spreadsheet.  There are still a number of issues which I plan on fixing between now and wrath.  So as to avoid any unnecessary posts, here&#8217;s what I&#8217;m aware doesn&#8217;t work/has changed.</p>
<ul>
<li>Removed lag from calculations</li>
<li>The Next Stat(TNS) equations are out of whack.</li>
<li>Healing gear isn&#8217;t included in the items list.  Unfortunately I have no intention of adding healing gear to the list of items at this point.  You can add a custom gear and set the stats yourself if you&#8217;re using one.</li>
