New version has a much desired import from armory feature for the Gear_Buffs page. Input your character information on the ArmoryInfo sheet and then press the button on the Gear_Buffs page and voila (crosses fingers)! You may notice popups about items not being supported, enchants not being found, etc. Copy that info and post it as a comment and I may or may not fix it depending on what it is(new items won’t be added).
And in order to give credit where credit is due, thanks to Cheeky and his hunter spreadsheet for without me being able to copy, paste, and modify none of this armory importing thing would be possible.
Other than that… the bug fix I mentioned in the 3.0.2c comments got in.

Boots of the Malefic bonus is broken.
Great work! Just a few bugs/suggestions I found:
1) If you turn off the Imp. FF/Misery raid debuff, and then lower Cataclysm to 0 (Destro Imp Incin build), the mps values of a number of spells go rather haywire and DPS numbers go a bit crazy. Not too sure what’s causing this; part of the hit factor in the calculations I would imagine.
2) The Haunt build preset sets Eradication to ‘3′, when the ranks are 0,4,7,10 due to the weird percentage scaling of the talent.
3) Was there a reason Chaos Bolt was defaulted to ‘0′ on use for the Destro spec? Judging by your allocation of talent points there would be enough left over to take it, and it definitely shows a DPS upgrade using it.
Loving everything you’ve done so far! Will be great going into Wrath raiding with an accurate model to go by.
Oh one more thing, I realise you aren’t focusing on adding healing gear this close to a Wrath release, but there have always been two healing gear items that were actually included in Leulier’s version due to them being exceptionally good even for DPS.
-Shroud of the Highborne: 23 > 36 +dmg
-Brooch of Nature’s Mercy: 25 > 40 +dmg
There might be more, but these two stood out for me.
Noticed that selecting Demonic sacrifice does “deactivate” the bonus from demonic knowledge, but not from all the other talents (such as demonic pact, MD, empowerment, demonic tactic (partially?) and imp demo tactics.
BTW, didn’t checked this version yet, but at least in the previous it seemed like demonic empathy does not work at all.
Ah, sorry forgot about this: I have taken data from all my pets using a Fubar Pet Addon. It may be valuable may, in case you need it. Keep in mind that I’m specced demo so with all the demo improvement talents.

..in particular the felguard appears two times: once with 0 frenzy, the other with 10 stacks of it. I think the expected dps does not count the special abilities such as cleave, and of course they do not consider armor.
The doomguard is listed as having 0 weapon skill but I think it’s a bug of the addon really. It makes the felguard feel like a kitty (even if the infernal is the real beast!).
(sorry for the comment spam)
Another thing I noticed about Backdraft. Was it my understanding that it just applies a % cast time modifier to your spells, not that it gives you additional spell haste?
If you check the wowhead buffs you can see the difference in Effects between Backdraft:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=54277
Effect: Apply Aura: Add % Modifier (10) Value: -30
And say, Eradication:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47274
Apply Aura: Haste - Spells (524288) Value: 20
It looks like you’ve calculated Backdraft as additional haste, which might be giving inaccurate results as if it is indeed a % modified, it would not be lowering the GCD down any further than your normal haste amount allowed (for example, Immolate’s effective cast time would not change). I’m not too sure though.
RE: DiamondTear
Fixed for future version
RE: Moolock
1. Fixed for future version
2. Fixed for future version
3. CB should be set to 0 if it’s part of the backdraft sequence, 1 if not.
RE: Malhavoc
Damn forgot to do Embrace. I’ll hopefully figure out a way to model it for the next version.
I don’t play demo specs… ever; I think they suck. So if you guys find problems with anything demo related, I need you guys to reply alot more information in what you think is wrong because when it comes to demo locks I know very little.
Well as I’ve said the spreadsheet have always worked like this: selecting demo sac meant not that you just got the talent, but that you really are using it. That gives a bonus according to your pet, but of course many pet related talents should see their bonus removed. Such as demonic pact, demo knowledge (this is the only actually working), imp demo tactics, master demo, and the part of demo tactics affecting your pet. The attacking demon should be disabled too, but that can also be done by hand. Regarding the donoguard, i have to say that now it’s really powerful and stays under control 15 min each hour. I see it becoming a good option for bosses. It does not trigger demonic pact however. And it stacks with demonic sacrifice!
Sorry for the double post, but since there’ no edit button..
Glyph of corruption seems broken. It appears to raise dps more than nightfall (should be the opposite at worst, since NF does trigger also for drain spells in case), but what’s more strange is that if I take BOTH, damage decrease compared to having only the glyph (even if it stays higher compared to having only NF). Maybe the chance calculation has been set as multiplicative, which is wrong since I know for sure they stack (not as a 4%, but as 2 independent 2% procs)?
Using a non damaging curse raises dps!
Adding into the filler spells “Drain Soul x4″ would be nice for an estimation of when the target is at low life (as the new Drain Soul will hit for x4 damage)
RE: Malhavoc
I’ve fixed it so if you have DS then the pets damage is set to zero. Other than that, most of the talents you mentioned were all related to a pets damage so if people are just poorly using the spreadsheet then there’s no help for them. A person could feasibly select all talents and have dps go through the roof, but I’m not putting in any sort of talent check to make sure they don’t exceed talent points and meet talent reqs
There’s nothing wrong with the nightfall/glyph of corruption calculations. Glyph raises dps just as much as 2 points in nightfall.
Not in any tests I’m doing.
There are no talents which increase the damage of drain life when the target is low on health. There is death’s embrace which increases all shadow dmg when target is below 35% and this is already accounted for in the formulas. I also haven’t seen anything in regards to a change in drain soul so until changes hit the live server, you won’t be seeing this. Please feel free to post a link to this change as I havent seen anything in the pipeline for this.
Wondering if for this rotation its more benificial to let imo tick so you get the dmg boost from Fire n Brimstone. Or, is it better to just blow that imo for the backdraft proc. Also food for thought according to the SSheet CoA should be used its about 100 dps difference in my current gear. From a speccing stand point idk if thats feesable. COE + CoR are obviously required which leaves us with Corruption to proc Molten Core. Speccing those 5 points into corruption makes it so you have to ditch something in the destro tree. Only thing i can think to get rid of is Soul Leech and Imp Soul Leech. With this being the case all the regen numbers dmg uptime down time become scewed.
Obviously none of this makes a bit of difference in a few weeks just throwing it out there. And looking for some feedback on the backdraft rotation question.
Thanks guys for all your hard work been using the spreadsheet for a long time its been wonderful.
FYI, this version seems to crash OpenOffice v2.4.1. I’ll see if I can figure out which version was the first version that started to cause that and come back.
Alrighty. Last known version I can open with OpenOffice 2.4.1 was v27. 3.x versions all cause a crash.
