I fixed the problem that I was having by changing my settings in excel, might add this in a troubleshooting tab?
Tools->Options->Calculation-> Check “Iterations” and hit OK
Another adjustment to allow Macros:
Tools->Options->Security->Macro Security-> Set to “Low”

Is there an option for flame tongue totem?
I noticed that when I loaded my talents on the DPS tab I ended up with #VALUE! for many of the cells. Is anyone else seeing this?

Glad you got it working for you. I don’t even have a tools option as I use excel 2007 for the majority of my work. This is what I consider beyond the scope of my help. People have to figure out how to get their own pc/mac and excel/open office to work. I can’t help with that.

Often the DPS of the items in the items page gets all messed up. I managed to reproduce it simply downloading a fresh spreadsheet from the site, and loading the 7/43/11 build. Often this happens to other builds too. It seems related with TNS errors, but I’m not sure about this. I’m using Office XP in case it can help.

Unable to reproduce with my current working version. So perhaps I’ve fixed it in what I’ve been working on. I’ve also deleted all the old talent builds which people seem to want to use even though they’re not even mapped to the appropriate talents any longer.
I think the calculation of “The Next Stat” is wrong. If I only use Shadowspells, any +fire is of no use at all. Currently Fire and Shadow are always of the same value, regardless how many fire spells I use.

I only select the spec named FG 0/55/15, no further changes. Without immolate the next stats are displayed as:

I noticed that when I import my spec from armory, and pick the ‘Load from Talents’ option on the DPS page. Down where it has Backdraft Sequence, it doesn’t input a damage number. Just says 0. I selected my backdraft sequence of Chaos Bolt, Incinerate, Incinerate. If I change my talent selection to one of the premade ones, such as Destro Imp Incin, then it fills in 11k dmg for the backdraft sequence.
If I change the backdraft sequence, the damage number changes, as long as I’m not loading from talents.
Erm … sorry, apparently the problem was it wasn’t automatically set to use immolate, when I told it to use it, it calculated the damage for the sequence.
I know you don’t want to change all the stats of the gear, but I noticed the Frozen Shadoweave Boots has been changed after the patch to only 47dmg instead of the previous 57 shadow dmg. I think that might be worthy of a quick fix.
Hi, i got a problem,
when i opened it it says
“Error accessing files. Newtork connection may have been lost”
then it pop out this window
“\warlock_dps_v303c.xls’
The following is a list of repairs:
Lost Visual Basic project.
Lost ActiveX controls.”
So it seems like i can’t make it work as it is intended… i can’t even click the “load from armory”
I tried to switch macro to the lowest level security… but it’s still the same…i’m not that familiar with excel macro…
Any suggestions? Any settings that i had missed? Your help is highly appreciated… this is the thing that i’ve been looking for…
